Returns and exchanges are accepted within 28 days of receipt of your item provided it is not damaged, is unworn and is in its original condition and packaging.
Custom pieces and personalised items are non-refundable.
Please note that postage and packaging will not be refunded.
To arrange a return or an exchange please contact us quoting your order number. We will then provide you with a returns/exchange form with a unique reference number. Please ensure this form is included with your item so that we can process your return quickly.
